Humaliens takes place in a not-so-distant future, where Aliens, sentient Beasts, CLones, Humans, and Robots fight with each other and sometimes, amongst themselves. As the story begins, an empire of robots, rulled by a robot empress named Andromeda, has been threatening hundreds of races with extinction, conquering planet after planet in a well-planned advance that promises to overrun every known solar system and form of life. Enter the Mindknown, a highly advanced race that offers to identify those youths with the greatest potential among each race, and train them to become powerful champions for their home worlds. When completed, this training will allow the youths to team against the robots and stop or reveerse the advance of Andromeda's electronic hordes.
